Packaged Fuel is the packaged form of Fuel that can be carried in inventories and transported via Conveyor Belts instead of Pipelines. It is made in Packagers using 
Empty Canisters, where it can be also unpackaged, refunding the used Canisters.

Notes
- It can be used as fuel for Vehicles and is one of 4 different fuel types that can be used in the Jetpack.
- Note that Empty Canisters are NOT returned to the player when the fuel is consumed by a Vehicle or Jetpack.
- It cannot be used to power the Chainsaw.
