Reinforced Iron Plates are an upgraded version of Iron Plates used to construct Conveyor Belt Mk.2, Conveyor Lift Mk.2, several other buildings, and some moderately advanced parts.

• Weighted Point is the weighted consumption rate which is calculated by: (resource consumption rate / maximum extraction rate) * 10,000. The lower the better.
• Energy per item can be used to measure how much power is consumed for the entire production chain. The lower the better.
• Space refers to building space, excluding belts and pipes. The lower the better.
• Among multiple ways to produce each of the ingredient, the recipe with the lowest WP is chosen. The exception is mentioned below:

• Should you have some Oil to spare, Adhered Iron Plate is a great way to produce Reinforced Iron Plates at a cost lower than the normal recipe, but it is also slower.
  - "Hi, Juice Velvet here for FICSGlue, the FICSIT-brand industrial rubber adhesive. FICSGlue is so strong, it even works underwater!"

• Got a lot of screws lying around being inefficient? Maybe try Bolted Iron Plate so they can be productive parts of your factory. It requires access to Mk.3 Belts or higher to use at full speed, but it still boasts the highest production speed per machine even with only Mk. 2s. It's not very efficient when it comes to resource usage, but it definitely is fast.
  - "Bolt of you to assume I wouldn't use screws!"

• If you don't like using screws and have some wire left over, Stitched Iron Plate could be your friend. It uses very little Iron and Wire for a decent amount of Reinforced Plates. Be sure you can afford to use Wire here.
