FICSMAS/Items

FICSMAS features a number of unique items, which are used for research and progress through the event. As of Day 2 of FICSMAS 2024, Gifts, Bows, and Candy Canes have lower stacking limits than in previous years.

Unlocking

Most items are unlocked via the FICSMAS Holiday Event Research chain in the MAM.

Some items are found only in the FICSMAS Calendar, which limits progress based on how many days have passed in the event so far.

FICSMAS Gifts

FICSMAS Gifts can be obtained from falling Giant FICSMAS Gifts.

FICSMAS Gift Trees, once unlocked, can be used to automate their production, at a rate of 15/min. Conveyor Belts are required to bring out the produced gifts, as the trees themselves cannot not be interacted with.

FICSMAS represents a fantastic opportunity to farm FICSIT Coupons as FICSMAS Gifts are effectively uncapped in their production due to not being tied to any resource nodes. Some examples for farming Coupon are:

• FICSMAS Gifts themselves: While only worth 1 point each FICSMAS Gift Trees do not require any power, meaning the throughput of presents is only limited by the tier of Conveyor Belts you have unlocked and your personal resistance to the tedium of building the same thing over and over again. Note that you will require 80 FICSMAS Gift Trees to fill 1 MK6 belt.
• 3 Constructors creating Actual Snow can run 2 Constructors creating Snowballs for a total of 150 points per minute. As Constructors only consume 4MW of power this setup will cost you a grand total of 20MW.
  • To scale this up to the maxim a single belt can support: 80 FICSMAS Gift Trees creates 1,200 FICSMAS Gifts per minute, which will run 48 Constructors creating 400 actual snow per minute, which will run 26.66 Constructors creating 133.33 Snowballs which can be sunk for 3,399.9 points. This setup will cost you just under 300MW.
• Combining 15 Iron Ingots/min or 10 Copper Ingots/min with presents creates 5 Iron FICSMAS Ornament/min or 5 Copper FICSMAS Ornament/min. This turns 15 points worth of iron or 60 points of copper into 90 and 160 points respectively.
