The productivity display will help you measure and improve the productivity of individual buildings to aid with optimization.

The Productivity Display is an indicator that appears inside production and generator buildings. It shows a value between 0% and 100%, based on how often the building has been operating compared to its current maximum production speed over the last approximately five minutes.

Indications of power usage

For Biomass Burners, a lower efficiency means that less power is being demanded by the power grid, while for other generators it solely depends on the clock speed (in a non-linear relation). All generators will consume fuel proportional to their efficiency.

For production buildings, the efficiency is an indicator of average power use, as buildings will alternate between being on (using full power), and being off (using no power).
