Coffee Stain Studios AB is a Swedish video game developer based in Skövde. It is a subsidiary of Coffee Stain Holding, which is a subsidiary of Embracer Group.

There are 40 employees (9 for Publishing and 31 for Studios) listed on Coffee Stain's website as of June 2020, with 72 overall as of October 2020^[4]. The studio is best known for Goat Simulator and Satisfactory.

Company Structure

Coffee Stain Studios is the original company to use the Coffee Stain name. However, the name Coffee Stain now refers to Coffee Stain Holding and it's subsidiaries, which include Coffee Stain Studios, Coffee Stain Publishing, and others. Each of these subsidiaries operate independently from each other, and Coffee Stain Studios is dedicated solely to the development of Satisfactory.^[5]
