Caterina Parks is a CEO of FICSIT Inc..
Previously, Caterina was Steve's boss in Satisfactory's lore. She was middle-aged and has been described as "powerful" and "intimidating"[1]. However, Caterina and Steve have been officially retconned from Satisfactory's story as of 16th of August 2024[2].
Caterina is still a canonical CEO of FICSIT, although not part of the story as originally intended (as seen in one of ADA's voice lines). The voice line is worded in such a way that it is ambiguous if she is a current or former CEO, although the latter is more likely.
Despite her removal from the story, Caterium is named after her, with ADA describing her as "FICSIT's greatest CEO".[3]
Former Speculation
- The female voice in the game file 0926.wav saying "Huh, must have been a dream." possibly belonged to her. The sound is currently unused in the game, as Caterina is no longer part of Satisfactory's cast. It should be noted that a male voice (possibly Steve's) said the exact same thing in the file 0379.wav.
