PhonicUK: What is the justification for the expansion to rule 3? Is it simply the moderators positions that nobody is allowed to profit off their work? - Is it merely free gratis or must it be free libre? Seems an odd position for a non-free game. Seems very much a matter of putting personal agendas over keeping information available to users.
