Has anyone figured out a way to have a Storage Container feed into a depot, but not clog up if the depot is full? I can't figure out any way to fully automate it. I tried putting a splitter right at the input of the depot, hoping if its full the splitter would have the full materials bypass and the non-full materials enter the depot. Unfortunately that didn't work, the buffer would fill up. Really we just need an output belt in the depot, where if its full it just has the items pass thru it. Anyone know any ways to make it work? If you're asking about feeding a mixed belt into an Uploader, then it's not possible. You cannot prevent the one item between a Smart Splitter and the Uploader from getting stuck and blocking other items from being supplied.
If it's not mixed, then just use a Smart Splitter with overflow as you would anywhere else.
With the amount of Mercer Spheres on the map, you can build far more Uploaders than there are items worth storing. --Ondar111 (talk) 08:54, 16 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Is the article still a stub?

That's the whole question; I just wanted someone else's opinion before I removed the stub warning. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Pteranodog (talkcontribs) at 06:59, 19 September 2024 (UTC). Please sign your posts with ~~~~Reply

I'm not a wiki expert but it seems to me it's full enough to remove the warning. It's got all the relevant info and then some, and it's long enough it doesn't 'feel' like a stub imo. I'd vote to remove the banner --Lightningtow123 (talk) 20:11, 22 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I think the article would benefit from some screenshots of the UI, looks pretty complete otherwise. Removed the notice. --Ondar111 (talk) 23:25, 22 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
